Job Title: HR Advisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Wrexham. The successful candidate will work from the site in Wrexham, Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00 (flexitime, core office hours 10-3).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Coach and support managers to conduct effective investigations and support the implementation of solutions to employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all ER matters
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans

Requirements:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5
- HR Advisory Experience - 3 years minimum experience
- Employee Relations Experience and exposure within an advisory role
- Able to demonstrate a consultative approach to support managers with ER processes
