Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish
  • Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service
