About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Ambitek Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing pre and post-contract operations on quoted contract work, ensuring that projects are completed safely, profitably, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders to establish contract procedures and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and update contract programmes, and effectively review and report on project progress to the Directors.
  • Work closely with the office-based team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate, delegate, and monitor duties, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Maintain and improve the Heath & Safety performance throughout the Company via the implementation of the Company H & SE objectives.
Requirements
  • Suitable Trade Qualification preferably from a joinery background with a minimum 3 years management experience.
  • Strong person management skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Good communicator and diplomat with the ability to convey professional advice in a user-friendly way.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome problems in different building environments.
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of H&S within the building industry.
