  • Manage client onboarding, ensuring paperwork is completed and verified.
  • Conduct activation calls to set up software and payment terminals.
  • Provide technical support, with a dedicated tech team available for complex issues.
  • Track client progress and ensure they reach key milestones.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive activations and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Metrics:

  • Activation Rate: Percentage of clients who complete onboarding.
  • Retention Rate: Ensuring clients stay engaged beyond 90 days.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in British English.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the UK market.
  • Base-level technical skills and comfort with software and hardware setups.
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Slack, and G Suite.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary of AED 6,000 - 10,000 (GBP 1250 - 2200) / month.
