FM Hard Services Manager - Technical Lead

At Center Parcs, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FM Hard Services Manager to lead our Technical Services team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our village's buildings and infrastructure, whilst promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technically competent operatives to achieve success in maintaining our village's assets
  • Ensuring all our assets are kept in a healthy and functional condition, utilising the most efficient methods of maintenance
  • Facilitating and developing a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of the team
  • Positively engaging with and supporting all key stakeholders who expect a high level of service from the team

About You

Essential requirements:

  • HNC in construction, engineering or formal Facilities Management qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing a dynamic workload, planning and prioritising tasks
  • Use of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems
  • Experience in managing service contracts, within hard FM organisations
  • Proven ability to manage a technical workforce team and office administration teams
  • Demonstrate a high technical knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience in Fire Safety Standards & Risk Management
