We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter/Gluer Operator to join our Production Team at Smurfit Westrock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Die Cutter/Gluer machinery to produce corrugated products
  • Ensure high-quality products are produced while maintaining Health & Safety standards
  • Comply with Quality and Hygiene specifications and requirements
  • Take dimensional and visual measurements to ensure products meet customer expectations
  • Clean and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Work with the Team Leader on process improvement projects
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records throughout the production process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the corrugated sector is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive safety culture
  • Good attendance records and excellent work ethic are essential
  • Understanding of basic numerical data to operate to required production standards
  • Good team player ethos and self-motivation
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
