Labour Law Attorney Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Labour Law Attorney to join our team in Cardiff. As a Labour Law Attorney, you will provide expert advice to clients on employment law matters, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, TUPE transfers, business restructuring/redundancies, settlement agreements, company policies and procedures, dismissals and contractual issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Advice: Providing expert advice to clients on employment law matters, representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation, drafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Client Relationships: Building relationships with clients, contributing to marketing efforts, delivering seminars and training.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £58,000 per annum (estimated based on location and industry standards)
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays
