About the Role:

We are recruiting a seasoned Truck Driving Instructor to join our team in Essex, working with a well-established UK Transport company. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional driver training and mentoring junior trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for HGV 1 drivers.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior trainers to ensure their success.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Compensation and Perks:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including flexible work arrangements, annual bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Driver Trainer with a focus on HGV 1 drivers.
  • Experience in Container or General Haulage operations is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in Jaupt related qualifications, such as Driver CPC, are highly valued.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certifications are also an asset.
