Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Law Administration Assistant to join our team at J M Legal Limited. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a leading law firm, supporting the Residential Property team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to fee-earners, ensuring the smooth running of files and cases. Your tasks will include creating initial drafts of sale contracts and property information forms, lodging property searches, and diarising key dates for files. You will also be involved in setting up files for completion, obtaining official copies and deeds from HM Land Registry, and dealing with post-completion matters such as registrations and SDLT submissions.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will act as a first point of contact for fee-earners, fielding calls, emails, and correspondence. You will also be responsible for full proactive calendar management, scheduling calls and meetings, and ensuring that all supporting papers and information are available for each meeting.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Legal PA supporting a Property/Real Estate team
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Organized and proactive approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
