A seasoned Finance Manager is sought after to provide budget holder support in Loughborough.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Head of Finance, playing a crucial part in shaping the company's financial strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive better business performance by working closely with budget holders.
  • Collaborate with the financial accounting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of finance systems.
  • Provide leadership to the wider finance team as needed.
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in conjunction with other departments.
  • Assist the Financial Director in preparing reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
