At Fortnum & Mason, we're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Ground Floor Tills department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service, showcasing our products, and creating memorable interactions for every customer.

The Ground Floor of our Flagship Piccadilly store has been a hub of luxury retail for over 300 years, and our Tills team plays a vital role in ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression. As a Sales Associate, you'll work closely with the Floor Manager to achieve departmental KPIs through individual excellence and teamwork.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a genuine passion for luxury retail, previous experience in a relevant role, and a confident, engaging personality. You'll also be expected to:

  • Have a deep understanding of our products and be able to communicate their value to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Be committed to ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services
