Job OverviewWe're seeking a Sales Associate - Sleep Expert to work in our Cheltenham store, working 25 hours per week. As a Sleep Expert, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the mattress buying process, and ensuring every store visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Use our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the right mattress for their needs
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of the retail industry and sales processes preferred but not essential
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in areas such as sales, customer service, and product knowledge
