Job Summary

Ecruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDM Principal Designer to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our projects and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in health and safety management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDM Principal Designer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
