Project Engineering Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at First Achieve Ltd in Norwich. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, nominated third-party bodies, and internal departments to manage project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including commercial, contractual, design, and schedule-related issues
  • Develop and implement project delivery schedules, capturing quality assurance and quality control elements
  • Prepare project user requirements, documentation, and manuals in collaboration with customers
  • Manage material procurement and services to meet project requirements
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and participate in design reviews
  • Present project progress to directors and instigate HAZID and HAZOP meetings as necessary

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a relevant engineering discipline or HND/HNC in engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with proven success
  • Experience in client-facing interactions, team leadership, financial forecasting, and holding meetings
  • Familiarity with offshore environments and experience in wells, drilling, wellhead, and well service
