Senior Producer Job Description

The Mill London is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our commercials production department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-end visual effects projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to plan and execute projects from concept to delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor junior production team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a VFX Producer or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of visual effects, post-production, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Ceta is beneficial.
