We are seeking an experienced Head of Department to lead our Private Client team at BranWell Ford Associates Limited. This is a senior role that requires a legal professional with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our established Private Client Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Private Client Team, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the department's reputation and attract new clients.
What We Offer

As a leading law firm, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
