Join Our Team as a Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader in one of our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our young people, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude towards our young people and colleagues.
  • Plan and implement rotas to ensure the smooth running of the home, including overnight shifts and sleep-ins.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure the home meets Ofsted regulations.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and family-like environment for our young people.
  • Support the development of colleagues through leadership and guidance.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £94 per hour, plus £30 per sleep-in.
  • 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum.
  • A rota system that provides a good work-life balance, with a monthly rota 4 weeks in advance.
