Job Title: Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of approximately 650 resources into the Commissioning Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate resourcing activities in line with the Resourcing Plan, with particular focus on the recruitment and onboarding of resources into the Commissioning Programme.
  • Support stakeholders in navigating through the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring best practice, compliance, and timely mobilization of resources.
  • Provide guidance on best-practice relating to bulk/high volume recruitment, including strategy, timelines, interfaces, and execution.
  • Work closely with the Capability Lead (CL) to develop and maintain various resource pipelines, including Generation, Shareholder Partners, Framework Partners, Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Represent the CP at working groups related to recruitment of personnel, ensuring effective sharing of data and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to resource plan, including documenting and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop accurate status reports (PowerBI) specific to the recruitment and onboarding of personnel, ensuring Management are provided with a good understanding of progress, issues, and areas for escalation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
  • Good organizational skills, including flexibility, organization, and proactivity.
  • Experience with development of strategy, process, and procedure relating to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Managing and executing high volume recruitment and onboarding campaigns, particularly related to skilled worker/Technician resource.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage tasks through to completion.
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Working Environment:

The role will be based on a nuclear licensed site, with associated risks and hazards. A full site induction will be provided, and all safety requirements must be adhered to when entering the site.
