Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team as a Floating Teacher at Magical Beginnings' Wakefield school. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing situations.

As a Floating Teacher, you will work closely with the educational team to provide support to classrooms, assist with lesson planning and implementation, and help maintain a clean and organized learning environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide substitute coverage for absent teachers
  • Assist with classroom setup and cleanup
  • Prepare materials for lesson plans
  • Engage with students in free play and activities
  • Maintain cleanliness of the school
Key Qualifications
  • EEC Teacher Certification (any age group), CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required
  • Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • An engaging and energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
