Job Title: Band 6 Education Coach

As a Band 6 Education Coach, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering education and training programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Coach to join our team. As a key member of our HCID education team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering education and training programs for healthcare professionals, including bedside teaching and simulated preparedness exercises.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HCID training and education needs.
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of education and training programs.
  • Collaborating with external education institutions and partners to enhance our HCID education offerings.
Key Responsibilities

As a Band 6 Education Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering education and training programs for HCID, including modules on advanced assessment skills and infection control.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HCID training and education needs, including developing policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of education and training programs.
  • Collaborating with external education institutions and partners to enhance our HCID education offerings.
Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Education Coach with:

  • Relevant qualifications in nursing, education, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and delivering education and training programs, particularly in HCID.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
