As a Care Coordinator Mental Health Nurse at our Blackheath Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in South East London, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with acquired brain injuries or complex neurological conditions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Protecting and promoting the health and wellbeing of patients/residents
  • Conducting assessments to identify care and education needs
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of care, including discharge planning for each patient

You will also have opportunities to:

  • Gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation, and teaching under supervision
  • Take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff following performance review
  • Achieve flexibility in your working hours to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NMC Pin number (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
  • A legal right to work in the UK
