About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Hobbs Field, a residential service for adults. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the home to a high standard of cleanliness, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Clean residential rooms, including communal areas, offices, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment as required.
  • Work flexibly to ensure the needs of the service are fulfilled.
Requirements
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations (desirable).
  • Experience of using a range of cleaning equipment, including powered equipment (desirable).
  • Experience of working as a cleaner in paid employment (desirable).
