Job Title: Warehouse Stock Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team at DELLI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily stock flow in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely receipt and documentation of goods-in and goods-out.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and checks to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate re-orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to understand stock requirements and upcoming deliveries.
  • Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing of stock.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations role, ideally in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of stock management processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Good knowledge of invoicing, receipting, and supplier management.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of stock control.
