We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school community in Bournemouth. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students and helping them succeed in their education.

About the Role:

As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on track with their studies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading lessons across various subjects and age groups
  • Maintaining classroom order and promoting a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with their learning needs and providing guidance as required
  • Reporting any concerns to the relevant staff members
