Trustee Board Coordinator

'Allen Associates' is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its team. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of charity governance and best practices, with previous experience supporting trustee boards.
The role involves promoting excellent standards of governance, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring good quality information flows between the Council of Trustees, Senior Leadership Team, and wider charity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Council and Trustee Committees, including preparation, coordination, and circulation of meeting papers
- Act as a point of contact for the Council of Trustees
- Ensure a formal schedule of matters for Trustee decisions is maintained
Salary and Benefits:
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, access to Employee Assistance Programme, and free onsite parking.
