Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing, processing, and binding new and renewal business and endorsements within agreed timescales.
- Timely completion of pre-bind and post-bind administrative processes.
- Ensuring that individual risks are processed promptly and in accordance with the Delegated Underwriting Authority.
- Recording of risk details on a Policy Administration System in an accurate and timely fashion.
You will work closely with brokers and internal departments to gather risk information and build strong relationships with the Global Broking Centre Team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in an underwriting support role or equivalent.
- A minimum of A-level standard (or equivalent) education.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Self-discipline and organization.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- High level of numeracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- CII or partially CII qualified (an advantage).
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy two "Global Wellbeing Days" each year, flexible working options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
