About the Role

Chancellor Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop a content plan that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience. Create high-quality content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Content Approval: Approve all content for social media channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Work closely with our brand ambassadors to develop strong relationships and grow our online presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team and external sources to create content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other marketing materials.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related field.
