Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up new customers and allocating cash to correct accounts
  • Raise ad-hoc customer invoices and manage customer accounts on the system
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
  • Deputise for the purchase ledger team when needed

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience of using Sage accounting software
  • Previous experience in sales ledger or accounts receivable roles
