Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
  • Promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Help create marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and online content, to promote upcoming events.
  • Responsible for post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Manage event registrations, communications, and follow-ups with attendees.
  • Monitor event trends and help generate new ideas to improve event impact and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships, placements, or part-time work.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with event management software, such as Eventbrite or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, for creating promotional materials.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, content creation, or PR.
