As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of technical configuration and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with our systems and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Configuration: Own the technical configuration and detail of the system and its interfaces, ensuring alignment with Agile and ITIL based service management processes.
  • Deployment and Fault Finding: Lead all aspects of any deployment issues, fault finding and resolving any hardware, software or networking issues.
  • Agile Delivery: Work in a well-adapted and structured manner in accordance with Agile and ITIL based service management processes.
  • DevOps Expertise: Solid understanding of the DevOps Life-cycle and its phases, CI/CD, Automation, Containerisation, On-Prem & Cloud Platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of computer networks, routing, firewalls & proxies, Linux (Red Hat preferred), Python/Bash, and Agile delivery methods.
  • ITIL and Agile: ITIL V4 & Agile Delivery Methodologies (Scrum & Kanban), Release Management, and understanding of digital certificates, authentication principles and how certificate authorities work.
