Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of construction insurance clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance client relationships and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on construction insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
