Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Established over 35 years ago, SER Limited provides hydraulic support across the UK & Ireland with over 75 centres.



We are looking for an energetic, driven Regional Account Manager to cover the North East, tasked with managing and developing their area to drive business forward.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide sales assistance and technical support.
  • Building strong relationships and identify opportunities to cross and up sell.
  • Establish new business and reconnect with lapsed clients.
  • Represent the brand to a high standard, promoting services.
  • Research, network and contact new and existing clients to create opportunities to develop business.
  • Ensure all sales reports are provided regularly, analysed and used to support clients and grow your area.
  • Conduct sales training and development programs to ensure skills and knowledge of the industry and up to date.
  • Attend meetings and networks exhibitions to keep up to date with industry trends.


Requirements:


  • Previous BDM/Area Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Full UK driving license.


Basic salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE, Bonus, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Car, health care, dental care, and pension.



Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained both internally and externally.
