Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine service and maintenance of all equipment and products.
- Conduct fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access equipment.
- Complete all relevant supporting paperwork in line with company procedures.
- Refurbish equipment and products as necessary.
- Promote teamwork between colleagues to ensure effective workshop performance.
- Liaise with team members to estimate and advise on equipment repair costs.
- Ensure the van is fully equipped with spare parts at all times.
- Update service records and populate daily worksheets.
- Adhere to company guidelines on Health & Safety at Work.
- Represent the company and values of the business, portraying a professional image to customers and other stakeholders.
About You:
- Relevant general maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector.
- Experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of excellent customer service.
