What We OfferA competitive salary of £28,000 to £32,000 (dependent on experience), a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth and development. A generous benefits package, including health and wellbeing benefits, will also be provided.
RequirementsExperience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an acceptable equivalent), and good IT skills are essential. Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans is also desirable.
