Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a skilled Hotel Investment Analyst to join their team. As an Analyst with our client, you will be responsible for analysing potential real estate investment opportunities and supporting the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential hotel investment opportunities across different geographies.
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting of hotel investments, including building cash flow models and conducting sensitivity analysis.
  • Support the due diligence process for potential hotel investments, reviewing legal documents and financial statements.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, communicating the investment thesis and key risks.
  • Assist in negotiating acquisition and financing terms, working closely with the investment team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • One to two years of experience working in a real estate team within an investment bank or private equity firm.
  • Native-level written and spoken English.
  • High-level of modelling experience and proficiency in Excel.
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
