We are looking for an experienced Carlisle Area Finance Assistant to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the success of our business.
About the Job:
- You will work closely with our financial management team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.
- Your primary responsibility will be to support billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- You will also prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and expenditure analyses.
- In addition, you will collaborate across teams to gather documentation for billing and audits.
- Another important aspect of this role is maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in budgeting for O&M projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial administration, ideally in O&M or project-based roles.
- Strong educational background in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teams, contractors, and customers.
