Job Description:

The role of Lead Fitness Content Creator for Social Media involves developing a comprehensive social media content strategy that showcases Crowns Gym's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging captions, headlines, taglines, and descriptions that resonate with our target audience across Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn.

  • Create high-quality, visually appealing social media content that drives user engagement and increases brand awareness.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand audience preferences, interests, and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and topics relevant to the fitness industry, adapting our content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create cohesive and visually appealing social media content.
  • Serve as a brand advocate by embodying Crowns Gym's values, mission, and culture in all social media interactions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in editorial or social media, preferably in the wellness/fitness industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with creating high-performing assets for social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for engaging business and consumer audiences.
  • Familiarity with community engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing digital communities.
