Job Title: Sustainability Specialist

At Longevity Partners B.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct environmental assessments using third-party methodologies such as BREEAM, LEED, and WELL.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders to develop criteria for environmental assessment ratings.
  • Conduct BREEAM BIU and BNC Pre-Assessment and provide design advice.
  • Produce evidence requirements for BREEAM credits.
  • Prepare gap analysis reports to improve asset-level ESG performance.
  • Manage resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Produce reports and provide advice to clients and project teams.
  • Attend site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions.
  • Complete relevant training to become certified as an assessor against core assessment methodologies.
  • Assist with pitches and tenders.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ESG topics relevant to the real estate investment sector.
  • Excellent numerical ability and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to produce structured reports summarizing results and justifying conclusions.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Master's degree in Environmental Sciences/Economics or related subject.
  • LEED, WELL, or BREEAM AP qualification (desirable).
  • Fluency in English.
