We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience in a primary school setting, while contributing to the educational success of children.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the class teacher with activities and group work support, focusing on creating engaging and valuable learning experiences for the children. They will also be responsible for supporting children with their academic progress, providing individualized attention and guidance when needed.

To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum level 2 qualification in health and social care or teaching assistant, along with experience working in a primary school and across all year groups. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively with small groups of children, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a willingness to learn.

In return for your skills and experience, you can expect:

  • A daily rate of £85-£105 per day, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the education of our students.
