Job Title: Trainee Protection Sales Advisor

Manor Financial Advice is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Trainee Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Cheadle/Manchester.

We are a business that specialises in life insurance, critical illness, and income protection sales. Our dynamic work environment values work-life balance and collaboration.

As a Trainee Protection Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a generous holiday package of 20 days per year, increasing to 25 days for longer-serving staff.

You will provide advice to clients and convert enquiries to policies over the phone. Although you may not have sold insurance before, experience in sales is essential. We will provide rigorous training and support to ensure you have the right product knowledge and a thorough understanding of the market.

All enquiries are customer-initiated, and you will receive them directly from our websites. Our dedicated team will support you in this, and you will be supervised by an experienced sales manager.

We are looking for someone who can bring their own expertise and experience to the business and who is also looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a small business.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, with an OTE of £60,000 (uncapped). As a Protection Sales Advisor, you will be part of a young and dynamic team, and you will enjoy casual dress and company pension. In addition, there is a bonus scheme and commission pay available.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong but not essential knowledge of life insurance, critical illness, and income protection policies
