About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Butler to join our team at 45 Park Lane, a renowned luxury hotel in London. As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and host guests upon arrival, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Display a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, and events in London to provide guests with the best possible experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and polite demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Knowledge of London and its attractions, events, and hotels.
  • Experience working with VIP guests or in luxury service.
