We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Engineer to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for visiting customer homes, identifying faults, and taking corrective action in line with our warranty and quality standards.
About the SalaryWe offer a competitive basic salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus. Our benefits package includes 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 years of service, paid time off to volunteer, and comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits.
Your duties will include:
- Visiting customer homes, identifying faults, and taking corrective action in line with our warranty and quality standards
- Providing exceptional customer service, explaining correct product care
- Maintaining optimum stock levels to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to work independently in a standalone field-based role
- A willingness to travel as required and flexibility within the working week
- Good time management and communication skills
- A full driving license
