Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 4 associates responsible for all UK treasury activities
- Own the UK Treasury control environment and ensure flawless execution of activities
- Develop and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, including the business line CFO and Corporate Treasurer
- Manage funding and investment decisions for the business, including overnight deposit decisions with banking partners
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including UK Finance teams, US Treasury team, and external partners
- Monitor and analyze payment and cash flow trends to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these
- Closely collaborate with US partners on long-term treasury strategy to ensure consistency at the Enterprise level
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the UK treasury function, and provide proactive communication and reporting to partners
- Experience in Treasury or other operationally centered functions
- People leadership experience, covering both performance and talent management
- A strong risk management mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks and initiatives
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to identify and drive solutions to problems, both real-time and long-term
- Confident communicator and proven ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
