Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OSD Operational Standards Lead to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational standards are developed and implemented across our Ware OSD/One Campus collaboration with R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational standards for the Ware OSD/One Campus collaboration with R&D.
  • Lead the development of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as science, engineering, or operations management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or supply chain role.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements and implementing operational standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
