Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rudy's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, managing our team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Manage restaurant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
