Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead an engineering team that is fully integrated with operations and delivers daily targets and business goals.
  • Improve performance and drive a 'right first-time' culture through strong communication and accountability.
  • Develop the engineering team through effective communication and ensure they understand their accountabilities and impact on the engineering plan.
  • Migrate from a reactive to proactive team that takes the initiative and has a positive impact on operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate the importance of cross-functional working to achieve overall business goals.
  • Appraise the engineering structure and ensure it continues to deliver and support operations.
  • Ensure structure and rigour within the engineering team and promote a PPM mentality.

  • Experience in engineering key metrics.
