We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Support Coordinator to join our team at Stonewater.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Customer Experience Team and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all housing administration duties and postal service requirements are processed correctly in accordance with service level agreements. This includes processing incoming and external mail, responding to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
