About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Defence sector teams throughout the UK. As a key member of our team, you will work on a mix of UK and overseas projects, collaborating with like-minded experts who share a passion for innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

This role involves providing client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle, from option studies to NEC or JCT contract administration. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including contract administration, client management, and project finances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and members of the multi-disciplinary project team
  • Manage the efficient delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards
  • Support the coordination and sign-off of all management information produced by the project management team prior to issue
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts or similar, and commercial awareness
  • Collaborative management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Specific industry and project experience for the Government Sector (including UK MOD)
  • Flexibility to work at sites across the UK (including UK MOD sites requiring SC Security Clearance)
