Family Solicitor Central London Legal 500 firmFull-time, Perm We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for family law to join our prestigious Dispute Resolution (Family) group. You will play a vital role in supporting the practice's continued growth and success, working closely with experienced Partners and Associates to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the practice's continued growth and success in family law
  • Work closely with experienced Partners and Associates to handle a diverse caseload of family law matters
  • Contribute to an effective working environment and support colleagues on complex matters
Requirements:
  • Newly qualified solicitor with experience in divorce, matrimonial finance disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, Children Act, matrimonial arbitration/mediation, cohabitation disputes, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of family-related legislation and case law
  • Excellent time management and client care skills with the ability to handle a diverse range of client objectives
  • Confident Excel skills for reviewing relevant matters
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with sound understanding of family law principles
  • Legal training and development to ensure up-to-date technical expertise
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting a positive organizational culture
