Bar Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar Staff member at our client's popular community club in Bexhill on Sea.

About the Role:

  • As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, ensuring excellent customer service and a professional experience.
  • You will be expected to work 30-35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Full training will be provided, and we are looking for someone with 3-4 years of work experience, no prior bar experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help create a friendly and welcoming environment for members and guests.
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of the bar, including taking the lead with part-time staff and covering for the Bar Manager in their absence.
